Frilingue St.Bernards Summer Camp is ideal for students who enjoy the outdoors and a true summer camp experience with lots of hiking, campfires and swimming in the lake. It is located in Vichères-Liddes, St. Bernard, 55 minutes from Montreux. With its varied hiking trails and nature reserves, Vichères-Liddes is a small paradise for nature lovers and sport enthusiasts – as well as for language campers! Classes (20 morning lessons per week) are held in groups of 6 participants, providing individual attention and efficient learning environment. Students can choose between English, French and German lessons. Teachers use modern methods, such as role play, theater, games and audio-visual tools to make the lessons more fun and interesting. Activities include:
- Workshops. Two afternoons per week the students are offered the choice between a range of creative and active workshops. Activities include: media, photography, sport, art, graffiti, dance, cooking & others.
- Excursions. Every Saturday and on two weekday afternoons there are excursions to nearby cities and landmarks.
- Evening program begins every weekday at 8pm and include karaoke, disco, movie night, casino night etc.
All prices include (per week): 20 lessons of 45 minutes (English, French or German), 2 workshops, 3 excursions, evening programme, full board accommodation in a mountain chalet, transfers from/to Geneva Airport & booking fee.
