The Master of Science in Leadership at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland is a comprehensive two-year program with five terms: three are on, and two are off campus.

This dynamic structure allows students to immerse themselves in both academic excellence and real-world applications, earning a total of 90 ECTS credits. Through this blend of coursework and practical experience, students will develop the strategic leadership skills essential for success in today’s global business environment.

With an MS in Leadership, you gain the skills to effectively lead teams, make strategic decisions, and drive organizational success across various industries. Over two years, you will be engaged in diverse subjects, gaining invaluable knowledge to prepare you for the job market.

In the first year, you will take courses from Leading People to Strategic Marketing, AI, and many more. There will also be experiential learning components, including the Harvard Business Publishing Leadership Certificate Seminar, team-building workshops, and more.

As you progress, you will focus on applying your knowledge through a Leadership and Management Capstone project, with the option to participate in a global internship. This off-campus period allows for the practical application of learned skills in real-world settings, solidifying readiness for leadership roles in various industries.
