Founded in 1882, Brillantmont International School is the oldest family owned and run boarding school in Switzerland. The school welcomes around 80 students, boarding and day, aged 13-18, from over 30 different nationalities into a warm, family environment.

Brillantmont is a small school, with a close-knit community, a family, where they respect each other’s differences, celebrate different mindsets and together, support each other to learn and grow. Its unique location enjoys students to enjoy the best of both world – the opportunities of a small city, yet minutes from forests, lakes and mountains.
Brillantmont welcomes students from Grades 8-12 and prepares students for British examinations (IGCSE, A Level) and /or the US High School Diploma. A Levels allow students to focus on selected subjects, developing passions, rather than spreading themselves thin with a wider range of subjects in IB. On completion of their studies, Brillantmont students enter top-ranking universities across the world. Teaching is in English but all students learn French.
